You may hand in your repeat to the surgery or the pharmacy at Barton or post/fax it to the surgery on 01283 722945  or you can order via the     website.www.bartonmedicalpractice.co.uk
 
Register at the practice reception in order to use our on-line repeat ordering facility. Note - you will require some form of I.D.

Your prescription will be ready and sent to the local chemist in the village within 48 hours of our receipt of a repeat prescription request. If you prefer, you can collect your prescription from the surgery, after the same 48 hour preparation period.
 
To take your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice please mark your prescription "For Collection".
 
PLEASE AVOID WASTAGE BY ORDERING ONLY WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED.
 
Please allow an extra day for the Pharmacist to prepare your medication.
