Specialist Nurses

Sister Rose Bain (f)

Sister Bain's main interest is in diabetes care, but she also provides travel advice and immunisations, contraception, general nursing duties and performs cervical smears. Sister Bain is a prescribing nurse.

Sister Sally Mason (f)

Sister Mason's special interests are in coronary and heart disease, hypertension and strokes. She also provides general nursing care, contraception, cervical smears, travel advice and immunisations.

Sister Emma Collins (f)

Sister Emma Collins is a welcome addition to our Nursing Team delivering care for Long Term Conditions, wound care, ecgs, dopplers, immunisations and cervical smears.

Healthcare Assistants

Mrs Abigail Taberner (f)

Abigail provides phlebotomy (blood sample taking), ear syringing, dressings, assists the doctors in minor surgery, performs various tests such as spirometry (breathing test), blood pressure monitoring and ECGs (heart recordings) and NHS health checks. Abigail is a valued member of the hard working nursing team.

Ms Amy Taylor (f)

Amy enjoys her role as a Health Care Assistant and is able to do Phlebotomy, ECGs, suture removals and dressings, health awareness and assist at the minor ops & coil clinics.  Influenza Vaccinations & B12 vaccinations.  Amy is a valuable member of the hard working nursing team.
